For farms and food makers
Join the founding list. Tell us what you grow or make and where people can find you. We confirm everything with you before it goes live.
Why list here
- Clear details first. Listing details and any fees will be shared before anything is published. Sending the form does not commit you to anything.
- Local shoppers find you by town. Every listing sits on its state page and, once a town qualifies, on a town page.
- You stay in control. Ask for a change or removal any time through the contact form.
What we list
- Farms and growers that sell to the public (stands, U-pick, on-farm stores)
- Farmers markets
- CSAs and farm shares
- Small food producers, including cottage-food and home-bakery makers
- Food hubs that sell local food
What we do not list
- Businesses that do not sell food they grow, raise or make, or that do not run a market of local producers
- Anything making medical or health-cure claims
- “Certified organic” for anyone not shown as certified in the USDA Organic Integrity Database (you can still describe your growing practices in your own words)
How it works
- Send the form on this page.
- We read it, check any certification you mention, and contact you with details and a preview.
- Your listing goes live after you confirm it. We show the date it was last checked.
Following food rules is the vendor's job. Cottage-food makers in Illinois, for example, register with their local health department. A listing here is not an inspection, a permit or an endorsement.
